Fun News - I am now offering strength training videos online. They are follow along videos - only 25-30 minutes, sometimes longer depending on which one you pick.
I have two choices: one more geared to seniors - all standing or chair work. The second one, standing and floor work. You can do these with no equipment, or resistance bands and/or dumbbells. There is a small monthly fee to have access to the videos. Message me for more information. These are meant for busy times when you can’t make a class or you want an extra class a week, also great if your kids are sick or you are away. Looking forward to creating these.

“Your classes sure prepared me for this trip. Walking 16000 steps daily, hanging on for dear life to overhead straps on the subways. No problem!!!”

Always Be Strong is offering a beginners strength class.
This is for you if:
1- brand new to strength training
2- have taken a long hiatus from strength training
3- feel intimidated by other group classes
4- want low impact but great strength gains
5- want to learn how to use dumbbells and resistance bands
6- want small classes with lots of form checks.

Come try a class for free!!! Only 40 mins long
Will add more classes if you want them.

Class held at St George’s United Church in Courtenay
Friday at 10:20-11:10
Bring water and your body.
