Kaizen Chito Ryu Karate Family oriented, traditional karate club, located at The Chilliwack Landing Sports Centre up in the loft. Family oriented training in Chito Ryu Karate.

We are a Karate BC sanctioned club and we belong to the World Chito Ryu Karate Association.

Kaizen Chito Ryu Karate demonstrated outstanding performance at the Yujo Taikai Friendship Tournament. Our students' hard work and dedication were evident in their kata performances. The tournament provided a valuable experience for our students, especially first-time competitors, to make new friends and enjoy the spirit of competition. We thank Sensei Ryan Bird and Chilliwack Isshin Ryu for their hospitality and for inviting us to participate.
Kaizen Karate = continuous improvement on the mat and in life.

This week at Kaizen Chito Ryu Karate, time was spent preparing kata and team kata for the upcoming Issin Ryu Friendship Tournament, here in Chilliwack, on June 6. Wednesday evening the instructors did a review of Hen Shu Ho and Thursday we practiced kumite. Kaizen Karate=continuous improvement on the mat and in life.
