First class back, last Thursday. It felt good to get back at it with our karate family. I only managed one photo of late class! Our senior students spent this class reviewing Ju Ni Ko, with a focus on proper ex*****on of haishu uke, maintaining “sticky hand.” We continue to accept new students, come check us out! Next class, Tuesday September 8th, beginning at 6:30 pm. No experience necessary, no commitment to try it out.

Kaizen Karate is more than just kicking and punching. It’s friendship, family and building competence and confidence day by day. Continuous improvement on the mat and in life. Come give us a try, no experience necessary, ages 8 and up are welcome, younger children are welcome if training as a family. We run family class Tuesday and Thursday evenings, beginning at 6:30. come try us out at the Landing Sports Centre up in the loft beginning Thursday September 3rd. Hope to see you there!
