Hello EMA Students! We have some awesome events coming up!
1) Friday Sept 11th we have a Mom’s and Daughters Self Defense Class! We are training for 1hr and 30 minutes on our self defense skills and then finishing the last 30-40 minutes up on making a beautiful Charms Keychain. Back to School Confidence matters! It may be the single most important thing that we are able to help our students with. But it has to be earned. This year we were voted Chilliwack's #1 Martial Arts School and Chilliwack's #1 Youth Sports Program!
Let's start Sept/Oct 2026 off by doing something different. Try out two classes for free first and see the Excel difference. Come and see our amazing instructors in action and how they can help you or your child grow their life skills. All the while having lots of fun learning martial arts!
Ages 3.5-4 Years Old: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-450pm
Ages 5-12 Years Old:
Mondays at 5pm-550pm
Tuesdays at 5pm-550pm
Wednesdays at 6pm-650pm
Thursdays at 6pm-650pm
Friday's at 410pm-5pm
Saturday's at 10am-1050am
Adults and Teens 13 Years and Older:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8pm-850pm.
The average student comes two or three times per week when they first start. Any questions please let us know.

🪷✨🥊Girls and Moms Self Defense Class and Charms Keychain Making Class!🥊✨🪷

We are so excited for this! Important life skills while having fun with mom and daughter! Friday Sept 11th from 615-830pm. The first 1hr and 30 minutes will be self defense focused. We will work together to practice our self defense skills. Part of self defense is having a "personal directive". A reason to fight and defend yourself.
Then for the next 45 minutes, we will be building a charms keychain. The keychains are really cute and a lot of fun to put together. Sign up in My studio app. $32.50 + tax per person

Schedule Update: We have changed the Monday and Wednesday 4pm classes to Intermediate and Advanced belts classes. The rest of the schedule remains the same.

Last Friday our kids spent the morning enjoying and exploring the river! 🏞️💚 Crawfish, leeches, water stick bugs(unsure of actual name lol), and man made stick tee pees were the highlight of the day! 😁🛖
