April 9th 2026 - WE'RE FINALLY ON THE MOVE! Classes will run downtown Friday until 3:00 PM. If you want to help, stop in at either location after 3:00 PM on Friday. Regular classes will kick off at our new location unit 115A Industrial Place on Saturday April 11th at 9:00 AM with Jeff.

• Flow: Energizing Vinyasa sequences to build strength, flexibility, and balance while syncing breath and movement.
• Restore: A slower second half with longer-held, restorative yin postures to release tension and deeply relax.

About Hannah
Both on and off the mat, Hannah’s yoga journey is rooted in self-discovery, courage, and community. Her classes create space for you to arrive exactly as you are and trust that there’s room for every part of your experience.
Trained at Mynah School of Yoga (200HR, Calgary) and through Space and Grace Yin Yoga with Jess Young in Banff, Hannah brings warmth, intention, and presence to every practice.
