A special thank you for to and for joining us for a couple of sessions during their visit to Canada. It’s always fun and inspiring to learn from different coaches around the world. 🇨🇦🇬🇧

We ❤️ the handstand process! A handstand is one of the most important shapes in gymnastics so we give it the love and time they deserve!

“I want to learn to do a backflip?”

It doesn’t start with throwing yourself backwards.

It starts with the foundations → drills → learning the shape → spotting with a coach → building confidence → and eventually… getting in the belt and sending it!

Every backflip has a progression. We build the skills, strength, air awareness and confidence to get you there safely.

Ready to learn yours?

Ever wondered what actually happens in an Acro class? Come spend a session with us.

Warm-up + stretch → top & base work → individual skills → conditioning → putting it all together → heading home.

Every session is a little different, but the goal is always the same: build strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence while learning how to work as a team.

This is a little glimpse into what your athlete can expect when they walk through our doors.

New to Acro? We still have spots available! Check the link in our bio to find the right class for your athlete.

The might usually own this tunnel… but today it’s Calgary Acro’s runway. Who’s got the better pre-game outfits???

While it may only be the rehearsal, our team came in ready today to practice showing off their skills and wowing the crowd, or as they say in hockey “get the pucks in deep, dump and chase, and get some shots on net” 😜🤸🏒

Our athletes learn from multiple coaches, each bringing unique strengths, perspectives, and experience to the gym. And with several coaches who have competed on the world stage, they’re gaining firsthand knowledge of what it takes to perform at the highest level. 🌎🏆

Experience matters. Passion matters. And we’re proud to have both. ✨🤸‍♀️

So much fun building this routine together as a whole team! Fun skills, learning new dance, and turning it into something that everyone could enjoy. Getting to show it off at Gymfest last weekend made all the hard work worth it.

We’re proud of what we’ve created, but we’re not done yet. We can’t wait to keep working on it, keep making it better, and bring it to Gymnaestrada in Regina this July. ✨✨

We LOVE our routine for Gymfest and would LOVE for everyone to come watch ✨

Come see us show off our 10-minute routine packed with amazing skills, fun dance, and songs everyone can sing along to. It’s fast, fun, and full of moments you won’t want to miss.
