Hip Thrusts? Non negotiable.

If youre trying to build a strong back side.

What do you think? Does this help?

Let me know!

I said what I said.

After coaching hundreds of women, I've learned that most people don't need another detox, cleanse, tea, shake, supplement, or 14-day shred.

They need:
✔️ A plan
✔️ Consistency
✔️ Strength training
✔️ Protein
✔️ Patience

The fitness industry makes things complicated because complicated sells.

The truth?

Most women would see incredible results if they focused on the basics for 6 months instead of chasing a new program every 6 days.

Build muscle.
Eat protein.
Walk more.
Sleep.
Repeat.

It's not sexy, but it works.

Which one of these hit you the hardest?

Although I think i could redo this and do better now.

I have loved Jane fonda workouts for as long as I can remember... and just remember the internet is forever.

Fitness is my life and aerobics classes are far more fun than the treadmill.

Am I wrong?

No magic tea.
No detox.
No “fat burning” pills.
No medical weight loss.

Just heavy lifting, counting macros, consistency, and showing up even when I didn’t feel like it.

50 lbs in 6 months.

I stopped guessing with my nutrition.
I stopped under-eating protein.
I stopped treating cardio like punishment.
And I started training to get STRONG.

The biggest change wasn’t just physical though.
It was learning that results usually come from boring basics done consistently — not quick fixes.

Lift heavier.
Learn your food.
Be patient.
Repeat.

That’s it. That’s the secret.

There’s something special about Fort St. John.

The people.
The energy.
The community.

No matter where life takes me, this place always feels like a little piece of home — and I’m so excited to be coming back to teach at Prevail Athletics.

I’ll be there Sunday, June 14th teaching:
SPIN — 10:15 AM
YOGA — 11:15 AM

Expect good music, sweaty vibes, movement, laughs, and leaving feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Cannot wait to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones too. Fort St. John has always shown me so much support and love, and I’m incredibly grateful for this community.

Let’s pack the room.

Lift weights. Walk. Dance. Hike. Spin. Move your body.

Not just to look strong… but to KEEP your brain strong too.

Exercise doesn’t just build muscle — research continues to show it may help reduce the risk of cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s disease later in life.

Your future self wants strength, balance, mobility… and a healthy brain.

So no, your workout isn’t “just about aesthetics.”
It’s an investment in your entire life.

We see a skinny, boney animal and immediately think: ‘That poor thing needs food.’

But somehow women have been taught that looking exhausted, underfed, tiny, and taking up less space is the beauty standard?

Make it make sense.

Your body is not a decoration. It is not here to disappear.

It is here to: lift heavy things carry you through life protect your bones support your hormones give you energy help you age with strength and independence

Strong legs. Muscle. Curves. Energy. Appetite. Taking up space. None of those are bad things.

Ladies… please stop chasing “small.” Start chasing healthy, strong, capable, and well-fueled.

Your future 80-year-old self will thank you for it.
