This CA Pro 5000 came into the Valor Cricket workshop with delamination right around the sweet spot! 😬🏏

Instead of giving up on the bat, I got to work repairing the damaged willow and bringing it back to life.

There’s something satisfying about giving a cricket bat a second chance, especially when the damage is in such an important area.

Finishing this bat off with a fresh toe guard. 🔨🏏

The toe is one of the areas of a cricket bat that takes plenty of abuse, so a properly fitted toe guard helps provide another layer of protection against moisture, impact and general wear.

Measured, trimmed and fitted by hand at Valor Cricket.

We offer custom bats, repairs, full refurbishments, handle replacements, scuff sheets, toe guards and more.

Almost destroyed this Grade 1+ willow, it was so bad. I thought it was useless. Then, a friend's cracked BAT gave me an idea. I combined them, salvaging what I could. Check out this transformation!

Proud of this first custom cricket bat! With a mid-to-low profile (SRT, they call it in India?), it features a beautiful shiny finish and smooth, polished edges. Shaved down to 40mm edge and 32.5mm toe, it's a perfect blend of form and function.
