Quick update on Bridgewater Fit and Fun over 50 class tomorrow. Bring your mats, water bottle to hydrate and be aware we will be focusing more on weights, balance, mobility, core and smaller bouts of cardio sprinkled in rather than the usual. This all due to the weather heat warnings predicted. At least 9 am will be cooler. Let’s do this. 😁👍🏻✅

I’m not posting much lately! My followers have dropped, not that I have a lot, which after all the years I’ve been at it I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️ why… but that’s besides the point. I love to help so if you’re still here? I love ❤️ you! I have my hands full and my heart ❤️ full.

Let me introduce my new workout buddy 🐶
Haha, maybe once the puppy stage is over!
I must be crazy getting a new puppy at this stage of my life! I finally have been getting great sleep and BOOM! There goes that! At least for now. Remember when we had babies? We were told to nap with the kids but I never did! I am now!!
This wee gal will certainly help me get my walks in too! Something I have missed when Tia passed away.
Having a dog again is such a joy!

She will provide information on how women can best navigate this time of their lives so they can move forward with confidence; recognizing symptoms, learning the myths, and comfortably embracing their peri and menopausal years through proper exercises and movement. Learn how to mitigate muscle and bone mass loss, proper nutrition, supplementation and many other simple strategies.
Be prepared for a 1.5- hour lecture and 1.5 hour workshop that will cover basic strength training principles and technique following a Myofascial Mobility Routine that can be easily done at home every day. There will be two 15-minute breaks as well as a question and answer period.
Participants can bring a pen and paper, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle and small snack
