It's 18 holes play in and out of a small creek valley, with the creek affecting play on many fairways. The vibrantly green foliage lends Glen Lea a restful and quiet country atmosphere. While mature trees do line every hole, the course still plays fairly open, with only the most errant shots finding trouble. The 16th hole is a long 456 yard par 4, and is Glen Lea's most challenging hole. Not only
must your drives be long here, they must also be accurate due to an out of bounds down the left side, and a narrow fairway throughout.
