🍭 We are now just over two months away from our first gymkhana and would like to extend our gratitude to our sponsors who have already committed to supporting our 2026 summer event.

Our organization is fortunate to have such exceptional families as part of our event, and we appreciate their ongoing support that makes each year a success.

🌱 As Spring gets us all excited to get horses in shape & ready to go for another season, we are planning a few new things this year - mostly on the management side of the club. There is no ‘committee’ at these gymkhanas, though I would say I have an amazing community that shows up every time with rock solid helpers making every gymkhana a success just like a committee.

⭐️ This year I am looking for someone to work with on organizing and ordering all the year end awards for September. We have AMAZING sponsors and support all year long and we love being able to really share it at the year end wrap up giving something to every kid.

• start time is 10am
• entry table will open to pay fees about 9am - cash only - $5 an event
• events will run
POLES - THREAD THE NEEDLE (keyhole) - BARRELS - GOATS - DUMMY ROPING
• events will run youngest to oldest

• Age groups (as of Jan 1st 2026)
0-3
4-6 Leadline
4-6 non Leadline (helpers can no cross the start line or will be moved to Leadline)
7-10
11-15

WESTERN ATTIRE 🤠

🌟 entry sheet will be posted Wednesday online, you must pre enter. Even if you’re not sure you will make it enter, it’s easier for me to cross you off the list then add you.
ENTRY CLOSES SATURDAY AT NOON (12pm)

Concession will be open 🍔

We will be looking for gate helpers, possibly an announcer, timers & appreciate help when where you see fit during the event.
