This client came to us last year looking for some guidance dropping quick weight before a strongman competition. She was eating very little on a daily basis at the time.

We made weight for her comp and quickly headed into a reverse diet.

After spending a few months slowly increasing calories and maintaining body weight we were able to enter a deficit and drop 20lbs of body fat over the past four months

It’s important to ask yourself: “Am I THICCC… or am I suffering from muscular imbalances causing my pelvis to tilt forward?”

No hack squat machine? No problem.

The Smith machine hack squat is one of the most underrated quad builders in the gym, here’s how to nail it:

✅ Place the bar low on your traps
✅ Walk your feet forward, hip-width apart
✅ Keep your back against the bar as you descend
✅ Drive through through the feet squeeze at the top

The forward foot placement shifts all the tension onto your quads and takes pressure off your lower back.
