Located in St. Andrews, Nova Scotia, Mainland MMA is building something special.

We currently have three coaches across various disciplines, with a strong focus on developing complete mixed martial artists.

We’ve only been in our dedicated location for 9 months, and Mainland athletes have already brought home two titles at national and international levels, along with first-round finishes across various combat sports. 🏆

And we’re just getting started.

What you see today is Phase One of Mainland MMA. We have a few more pieces to put in place before we begin Phase Two, which will mean much more space, more opportunities, and another major step toward what we’ve envisioned for Mainland from the start!

🤼 Grappling / Open Mat to finish the night

Also, Kru Zach and the boys have officially landed in Kitchener, Ontario for CMTO! 🇨🇦

They’re over there, settled in, and ready to put some good Muay Thai on display. We’re extremely proud of the boys for the work they’ve put in to get here, and now it’s time for them to enjoy the experience and compete.

🥊 TONIGHT AT MAINLAND MMA 🥊

We’ve got a full evening of training lined up:

🥊 4:00 PM – Youth Muay Thai
🥋 5:45 PM – MMA
🥊 7:00 PM – Boxing
🔥 8:15 PM – Conditioning
🥊 9:00 PM – Sparring

We usually wrap conditioning up a little early so everyone has time to gear up and get ready for sparring.

Come get some work in with us! Whether you’re looking to learn, get in shape, compete, or just become a better version of yourself, there’s a place for you at Mainland MMA.
