Feeling hungry all the time says a lot about your health. It happens with many people who feel hungry all the time even after meals, there are many reasons that make you feel empty all the time.😋

Some of reasons include fiber & protein deficiency, carb oriented diet, not drinking enough water, watching TV or doing other activities while eating etc.

Mindful eating is the best practice one can adapt to feel full & satisfied after eating. ❤️

Teeth brushing at night is one of the most important hygiene routines one can include in lifestyle. ✨🪥

Some reasons why people skip night time brushing is because they become lazy, they had long day, they are tired or they just don’t feel like doing it. But one must make habit of brushing teeth at night. ❤️

People tend to avoid brushing at night, thinking that it’s not crucial, but, in reality, night time teeth brushing is more important than morning brushing. 🦷

It doesn’t mean we can skip morning brushing but at night it becomes very very important to do, as we consume food & drink throughout the day. In orde for our body to be healthy, we must get rid of food debris of whole day at night .☘️

People tend to skip cooling down exercises after an intense session of workout. But cooling down is as important as warm up. If you skip cooling down exercises, you are more prone to get muscle injury. ☘️

There could be many reasons people ignore cooling down exercises & relaxation after a workout. Some of those reasons can be not understanding its importance, hurry up your workout, not understanding its logical & scientific benefits etc. ✨

Many people tend to skip warm-up before starting principal exercises. Skipping warm-up can bring many many difficulties in your physical & mental body. 🚴‍♀️

Sometimes we tend to rush our workout, so we skip warm-up before workout & something when we are in hurry, we skip cool-down stretching movements after workout. But, in order to get maximum results out of your practice, you must do warm-up before starting your workout 🏋️‍♀️

Exercising regularly has many many health benefits. It is important for us to spare some time to move our body. We get so busy in our day-to-day life and we do not prioritize our own well-being.

Exercising is not only good for your physical body but also beneficial for your mental & emotional well-being. Exaercising doesn't have to be super fancy, you can do it at home as well. Exercising can include a small walk🌱, dancing💃, moving & stretching your body🏃‍♀️, playing physical games🎱, cycling🚲, swimming🏊‍♂️ etc.

Nasal breathing is one of the basic functions of human body, but unknowingly, we tend to switch to mouth breathing because of dehydration 🫧, stress😣, anxiety 😥, physical exercises 🏋️‍♀️ etc.

It’s so crucial to practice nasal breathing, breathing techniques in order to maintain our respiratory functions. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Try to be aware, if you are doing mouth breathing unconsciously & switch it to nasal breathing.

Two things you are in total control of are your attitude & your effort❤️

I strongly believe that all we have control over is our choices. Everything is determined by the choices we make throughout our life. 💫

These choices can include a very small daily habit to life-changing habits. we have choice to wake up early 🌤️, workout 🏋️‍♀️, eat healthy 🥗, get quality sleep 💤, being respectful with people🙇, helping others🌱, finishing the to-do list🗒️ etc. Meaning, everything is our choice & how we prioritize our tasks.

Have you ever encountered white coating on your tongue?🤔

This white coating is seen specially in the morning, when you wake up. Your tongue says a lot about your overall health. Tongue represents our internal body’s health.

If you have ever encountered white coating on your tongue, you should know what’s the reason behind this. Dehydration, poor digestion, poor oral hygiene, infection, iron or vitamin deficiency, mouth breathing etc. 👅

Try to observe your tongue & clean it everyday, minimum two times a day. This habit has many health benefits. ✨
