Meet Véronique ✨

🩰 A professional dancer and Prima Ballerina since 1989, Véronique understands movement from the inside out.

❤️She fell in love with Pilates for the way it deepened her connection to her body and transformed her dancing.

👩‍🎓Trained in a full comprehensive programme at Corpus Studio in Brussels, Pilates has been part of her daily practice ever since.

🫶 Today, she shares that passion through teaching, helping others move with more awareness and ease in their everyday lives.

Meet Philippine ✨

After several years as an EU law consultant in Brussels, Philippine followed a path less commonly taken and chose to pursue what truly lights her up: movement. Whether on the reformer or out for a run, she feels happiest when her body is in motion.

🧑‍🩰 Polestar Pilates trained in Leuven, she has been teaching since April 2025, working with students of all ages and levels in both studio and corporate settings.

🫶 She’s all about feel-good movement, building real body awareness, and letting go of limiting beliefs.
