Our Kids Pole Fitness class is a fun, safe, and confidence-building way for children to stay active while learning new skills. Designed especially for beginners, this class introduces basic pole movements, spins, and strength exercises in a supportive and encouraging environment.
We focus on improving coordination, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness, all while making sure kids are having fun and feeling proud of what they can achieve.
