Bayside Dance inspires a passion for the art of dance in each and every student that steps through our doors, whether you dance once a week or every day. Since opening in 2014, Bayside Dance has helped over 500 preschoolers, kids, teens and adults find self expression and enjoyment. Our combination of a nurturing environment, strong technical training and creativity sees our students grow not just in the dance studio but as human beings. We offer dance classes in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre and specialist classes for pre-school ages. We love dance and exist to encourage others to experience not just improved flexibility, coordination and core strength, but the joy that dance can bring!

Applications are now open for our 2027 Certificate III in Dance!

Designed for dancers aged 14+, this program is structured to fit alongside regular school and dance training, with practical training integrated into existing Bayside Dance classes and just one additional theory class each week.

• Gain credit for the dancing they are already doing
• Earn a nationally recognised qualification
• Explore career pathways and start planning for a career in the dance industry
• Enhance choreographic skills, safe dance practices, strength and confidence

Delivered in partnership with Empowerdance Pty Ltd (RTO 40397), the Certificate III in Dance is a valuable stepping stone for dancers considering a career in dance, further study, or simply wanting to invest in their training and future.

The curtains have closed on Bayside Dance’s production of Mary Poppins JR! We are SO proud of the entire cast, crew and teaching team for bringing this wonderful story to life.

Wow, what a fantastic way to finish off competition season with our performance teams at the Southern Federation of Dance competition over the weekend! We are so incredibly proud of all of our dancers for their enthusiasm, passion and support of each other both on and off the stage. Their fantastic results are a testament to their hard work and love of dance!
