wellness centre that caters specifically to your special female needs. You can join the KWS LOOP which incorporates easy-to-use resistance equipment to give you a fast, time-efficient, and effective total body workout to help improve your strength, fitness, balance, flexibility, shape, tone, fat burning, and coordination in just 30 minutes. Or you can combine our LOOP and ZIG ZAG workouts as well as join our wide variety of motivating CLASSES. Sometimes described as a “chook house” jaws tend to get a good workout too. Girls will be girls! This is all fully supervised so you know what you are doing and get the best results. We also provide BCA Baseline Body Composition Analysis, food and nutrition guidance, and ongoing coaching and support PLUS heaps of fun and great energy.. Everything you need for healthy success. Your life is not about what you see in the mirror.
It’s about whether you can carry your groceries, get up off the floor, lift something heavy, push open a stubborn door, and move through life with strength, confidence and independence - not just today, but in 5, 10, 20 or more years from now.
That’s what strength training is really about.
Building the muscle, balance, stability and resilience that show up when life asks for them.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It doesn’t have to be your best workout.
It simply has to be consistent.
Every time you show up, you’re investing in your future body, your future brain, and your future self.

🇫🇷🇬🇧 I’M BACK! 🇬🇧🇫🇷
After two incredible weeks exploring Paris and London with my 2 darling girls, I’m home and so excited to be back doing what I love most… Keeping Women Strong. 💪❤️
The trip involved 15,000+ steps a day, hundreds of stairs, a suitcase that seemed to grow heavier by the day, and enough walking, carrying, memorable moments and climbing to prove that movement really is everywhere and keeping strong to do it is critical! It’s the challenge of our classes everyday that kept me going..
While I loved every minute of the adventure, I missed all you Krazy Wonderful Sassy and Strong women a lot.
I may be a bit bleary eyed for a couple of days so please excuse!
A big thanks to my beautiful trip manager extraordinaire daughter Tiarn for organising such a great experience for the 3 of us. 💗💓💗
Lots of meow and purring thanks to lovely Kay (long term inspirational member)who looked after my Lilly cat so she didn’t leave home while I was away. 🐈‍⬛🩷
And..
A huge thank you to Bev for doing a wonderful job keeping everyone moving, motivated and strong while I was away. ❤️
And to each of you who got those sassy butts to the gym whether it rained blew or chilled you…well done!!
Paris gave us beauty. Disney super charged that dreams do come true, London gave us history. All reminded me that the best souvenir isn’t something you buy…
It’s a healthy, strong resiliant body that allows you to experience it all.
I can’t wait to see everyone and get back to building stronger bodies, stronger minds and stronger futures together in new and exciting ways.

Years of KWS training has paid off.
We got to experience a very different kind of workout - exercising restraint when the cake and sandwich stand arrived! 😊 🇬🇧
We did The Ritz High Tea...classy, sophisticated, elegant, timeless and beautifully refined.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you can see why The Ritz has become such an iconic part of London history. The service is impeccable, the attention to detail exceptional, and the atmosphere even more special with a pianist tinkling the keys.
With a selection of teas to savour, delicate finger sandwiches to suit every taste (even my veggie taste😁), sweet treats too pretty (for me) to eat, and of course the famous warm scones with jam and cream (yes I did partake in a little bit of scone as I sipped my tea).
What an exceptional full body workout!!!
My little finger was exhausted after lifting fine china all afternoon.
My posture improved by at least 20% sitting amongst all the sophistication.
My glutes enjoyed a well-earned rest day.
My taste buds were living their best life.
Balance training took on a whole new meaning… one hand on the teacup, one eye on the cakes.
My willpower muscles were pushed right to failure.
My coordination remains excellent - not a single cucumber sandwich was lost from plate to mouth.
And my smile muscles got quite a workout taking it all in. 😂
Stronger Longer… sometimes with dumbbells, sometimes with fine china. 🇬🇧☕️❤️

As we prepare to leave Paris!
I’m missing my morning and afternoon classes and all my Krazy Wonderful Women and loving every moment and memory at the same time.
I hope you’re braving the cold, beating the winter excuses, and not letting “It’s too cold… I’ll go tomorrow” sneak into your thinking.
Strong bodies aren’t made in summer. They’re built in winter…on the mornings when you’d rather stay in bed, on the days when you just want to rug up on the couch and motivation is off!.
They’re built every time you choose your future over your excuses.
Paris has reminded me that life rewards us if we keep moving.
So rug up, show up, support each other, and keep getting stronger.
The best souvenir is the strong, healthy body you’re building every day. 💪🇫🇷

From Paris to Disneyland.
We’ve said ‘au revoir’ to beautiful Paris after exploring the magnificent Opera House, strolling the Seine, wandering through the iconic Galeries Lafayette and enjoying some delicious wholesome French food (and no… not a croissant or macaron for me yet!).
Now we’re where dreams live forever… Disneyland! And honestly, it’s hard to believe I’m here watching my two beautiful girls captivated by princesses, favourite characters and rides that make you scream, laugh and feel like a kid again.
After days of walking km’s around Paris and now Disneyland, my step count definitely qualifies as cardio!
Stronger Longer is always a Girl’s Best Friend. Thank goodness I’m KWS - Keep Whizzing and Whirling Strong!
Paris was magical. Disneyland is pure joy. And tomorrow… London awaits.

HELLO to WINTER in JUNE!
As we walk the streets of Paris and climb the 51 stairs to our B&B a few times a day, I'm reminded of something important...
Life shouldn't become smaller as we age.
Every step reinforces WHY we train regularly:
Strong hearts
Strong lungs
Strong legs
Strong minds
Life keeps ASKING us to climb things.
Sometimes physically.
Sometimes emotionally.
The women who keep moving forward-even slowly - stay younger and stronger in body and spirit.

As the French say:
