✨ CLASS UPDATE ✨

Hey guys it’s Bec. Tonight in class I sadly announced that I’ll only have two more classes left with you all 🥺

I’ve made the decision to step away from instructing as I’ve been promoted into a new full-time management role that’s going to require more of my time and attention.

This hasn’t been an easy decision at all — I have absolutely ADORED taking classes with you every week. It has genuinely been the highlight of my week 💜
For the last 6 years, my life has been solely focused on raising my son and working very little, so to now have the job of my dreams and be in the position I’m in, I’m beyond grateful and excited to see where this next chapter takes me ✨

Thank you all SO much for your endless love and support over the years. It’s been an absolute pleasure seeing your beautiful smiles each week 🤍

And don’t worry… this definitely won’t be the last you see of me — I’ll be popping in whenever I can to come and shake some b***y 🥳🍑

NEVER FEAR — classes are still VERY MUCH going ahead with our sass queen Caprice 👑
You’ll notice over the coming weeks that this Instagram page will solely become Caprice’s 💜

And to my baddie partner in crime, Caprice — we have built something so special together. I’m forever thankful for the years of support, love and laughter with you by my side. What a wild, fun ride it’s been, and I couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else.
I’m still your number one cheerleader, and I know you’ll absolutely smash these classes solo.

Happy New Year and a big welcome to 2026 everyone!!🎊

We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New year packed full of all the good things 😁

Butttt rest time is nearly over, We're back baby!!! Two weeks off seems like forever to not be dancing with you all and gosh are we excited to start back up classes next week ....only 4 more sleeps!!! 😜

Come join us this Monday 5/1 at Rossmoyne Hall or Wednesday 7/1 at Amherst Hall and LET'S START OFF THE NEW YEAR STRONG AND FIERCE. 2026 is our year to kick some serious health, fitness and fun goals! We're in this together🎊❤️🎊

It was so much fun hosting the awesome team from Goodstart Early Learning - Canning Vale at our Amherst Hall class on Wednesday. The energy, the smiles and the vibes were so contagious and the room was buzzing. What a great team bonding experience. Thank you all for coming along, it was a night to remember !! We hope to see you all back in class soon 🎉🪩🕺🏻💃🏻🪩🎉

Wow! What a weekend! (Sorry for long post!)
216km over two days completed!
That was such a hard hard hard weekend. The weather on Saturday was so bad we were all soaked through, visibility was so poor through alot of it and so many times I and many others were ready to give up, but we made it to Mandurah drenched, cold, exhausted and sore but the feeling of crossing the finish line in Mandurah is like no other feeling!
Day two weather was beautiful, the ride route was much nicer. On our bikes we hopped sore butts but positive and ready to go! And we made it, flat tyres, busted chains, lots of times of feeling like is this ever going to end and again wanting to give up! The mental struggle for me was way harder than the physical struggle, something I knew I'd face, but didn't realise just how much it would affect me!
I cried at the finish line, making back to Optus stadium is such an emotional moment, the physical and mental exhaustion, the feeling of achievement, the feeling of thank god that's over. The feeling of wanting to throw my bike in the bin and never get on another bike again. But if I had to get on my bike again today and ride another 100km for this cause I wouldn't hesitate! ❤️
The two main highlights during the ride:
1. Making it to 140km and being cheered on by my mum - my hero, My inspiration, my main reason I ride ❤️ seeing her there and hugging her is just incredible ❤️
2. Making it to about 185km - the field of hope - an acknowledgement of those in the ride who raised $4000 and over, and what an honour it was to have my name there - thank you to everyone who donated and supported me and my team "Chafing the Dream"

So yes, that is the Maca200 ride for cancer completed for 2025. I am so proud I finished the ride and so grateful for you all for donating and cheering me on ❤️ I am never riding again until around this time next yr when I have to panic train and participate in this incredible event 😂🥰❤️

Together we are working towards creating a cancer free future and keeping families and loved ones together for longer ❤️❤️❤️
