Here at our gym, our health means more than big biceps and treadmill challenges, its how we feel about ourselves and the world we live in. We are a Centrecare Distress Brief Support Location which means if you are in crisis, need support or a referral to support, or you just want to chat, come and share. We are trained to support and listen.

Next Thursday 10/09 is RUOK Day 💛💜 we will be set up from 11-5pm in the club with a conversation table and the kettle on for anyone that would like to come have a chat, a workout or a cuppa with Ellie 💛💜
