Cabarita Community Inc have been successful in receiving a grant in the Tiny Towns Fund. The 'Veranda Vibes @ The Cabarita Community Hub' grant will enable the refurbishment of the building's veranda. Thank you to LMW for their ongoing support for this project and especially to our Committee who put the application together (EL🥰)

Residents of the tiny town of Underbool, in Victoria's remote Mallee region, flock to this small coffee van, which has even smaller opening hours.

Just a reminder - the pathways along Lake Hawthorn and through to Ranfurly Way are walking and bicycle paths ONLY. Motorised vehicles including electric scooters, motorbikes etc are NOT PERMITTED!
Please report any unauthorised use of these pathways to us and/or police. Photographic evidence would be excellent.

Unfortunately our Cabarita Community Inc building was broken into again yesterday - sometime between 10pm Tuesday night and 4pm Wednesday afternoon. Items (some fairly large and heavy) were stolen and damage was done on entering main hall and shed.
If anyone noticed anything suspicious during that time eg. strange vehicles, vans, car and trailers in the vicinity of the building please contact the police.
Also keep a watch out for each other's properties and note anything that looks suspicious.

Such great service which is hugely appreciated…thankyou!
