The Your Decision Counts workshop is a deep dive into an umpire’s decision-making process, presented by experienced high-performance umpires. This session is designed for umpires wanting to further develop their knowledge, confidence and understanding of:

Our umpires and coaches are the unsung heroes of netball, keeping games fair and modelling great sportsmanship every week.

To help create a safe and supportive environment, especially for our younger umpires and coaches, we’re proud to be part of Netball Victoria’s Netball Respect – Green Band initiative.

If you see someone wearing a green band, it means they’re under 18, so please show them extra kindness, patience, and encouragement. 🏐💚
