Just a timely reminder about the expectations around our rugby grounds. While we love high energy support from supporters and alike, it still must remain respectful.

Rugby is a game where sometimes decisions don't feel right, but the show goes on and we move forward.

🏉 KNOCKOUT FOOTY IS HERE! 🏉

This weekend, our Dolphins take on Gloucester Cockies Rugby Union in the semi-finals at the AUB Ferris Sporting Complex.

The season is on the line, and the boys are ready to leave everything on the field as they fight for a place in the next round!

We’d love to see plenty of Dolphins supporters there to get behind the team and make some noise from the sidelines.

Wear your green and gold come cheer the boys on!

This weekend we celebrate our old boys day as we take on the Manning River Ratz Rugby Club. It’s a great day for the club to celebrate everyone who has previously laced up the boots for the Dolphins, catch up with some old friends over a beer, and get behind our current men’s side!

There will be a pre-match drinks/lunch at the Pacific Ocean Brewery with a bus running to the footy club in time for the match!

Once again, if you or someone you know fancy lacing up the boots and playing some minutes this weekend, get in touch and we'll get you registered for the weekend!

Club Update: Unfortunately it's with a heavy heart that we need to forfeit our match vs Wallamba Bulls tomorrow. It's not something taken lightly.

Over the course of the season, we've lost many players to injury, culminating in several long term injuries last week putting us at tipping point. Anymore injuries, and it'd likely be our season finished. We hope a few players will return in the coming weeks.

This week, we've put the well-being of our remaining squad at the forefront.

We aren't done yet and we will keep fighting....

If you know anyone that could throw a guernsey on in the next few games to get us to finals time, we'd appreciate some help.

The boys are off to Wauchope Thunder Rugby Club tomorrow for what is sure to be a great match!

Once again we're looking for players to get on board. If you or anyone you know is keen for a run, lace up your boots and hop on the team bus heading up tomorrow!

Tomorrow we take on Old Bar Clams Rugby Club at home. The boys will be looking to build on last week's performance and continue building some momentum.

As always, if you're keen for a run, get in touch! The more, the merrier!

We'll also be looking for a few volunteers to help out in the canteen, so if you can lend a hand, we'd really appreciate it.
