Respect on the sidelines teaches kids one of sport’s biggest lessons: how to win and lose with grace. 💜

Take a breath and keep it respectful. Young players are watching and learning from every reaction.

Some of our referees are also young people looking to volunteer their time to ensure that games are refereed. Please encourage them to keep them in our game.
