Hey everyone! We have had to reschedule our AGM.

Our AGM will be held at Woolpack Hotel on Sunday 20th September at 7pm.

Would be great to have as many of you can join us for dinner and our AGM.

We’re back after our winter break! ☀️

The days are getting longer and warmer, and we’re excited to see everyone back at the rally and enjoying their horses again!

Our next rally is Sunday 30th of August. 9am start at RDA grounds.

We’ll also have Rene joining us to grade members who are wanting to compete, so it’s a great opportunity to get your grading completed.

Sunday 14th June, we held our Horse First Aid and Nutrition Talk with Dr Steph from Tumut Veterinary Clinic. It was a fantastic turnout and a very successful day, providing horse owners from Tumut and the surrounding areas with the opportunity to learn new skills and refresh their knowledge of horse first aid, nutrition, and preventative healthcare. 🐴🐎

On the 10th of May, we held a joint rally with Tumut Pony Club at the Tumut Showgrounds. Early Sunday morning, members came together to set up jumps and obstacles for a fun and educational day with our horses.

We had a very successful turnout, and everyone enjoyed having a go at the obstacle course. One of the best parts of our rallies is that we welcome riders of all levels. Our members support each other with advice and encouragement while continuing to improve our riding skills and strengthen our connection with our horses.

Joint Rally with Tumut Pony Club this Sunday 10th May.

A big community day! Ride together, meet new faces, and enjoy a fun, friendly atmosphere with our Pony Club neighbours.

Location: Tumut Showgrounds
Gates open at 9 am

Juniors 14+ can join, but a parent must hold a non‑riding membership or riding membership. This ensures appropriate supervision and meets our clubs duty of care obligations.

Day memberships available for just $40. Perfect for riders wanting to dip their toes in before joining. Come ride, learn, and laugh with a great group of people. New members always welcome🐎🐴✨

At today’s rally, we started with some groundwork to build a better relationship with our horses. Shortly after we saddled up and moved to arena to begin some pole work. The point of the pole work exercises was to get our horses thinking and not preempting the next move. Finally, we finished with ba****ck session.

This is what our club is about, helping each other with our horse-rider relationship and achieve our personal horse riding goals. We are a very supportive and welcoming club.

Rally Day – This Sunday 🐎

We’re looking forward to another rally day this Sunday!

🕣 Arrive: 8:30am
🕘 Start: 9:00am

This rally will focus on flatwork, working on improving transitions to keep them smooth, balanced and flowing. It will be a great session to help riders develop better communication and rhythm with their horses.

Riders aged 14 years and over are welcome.
Both day memberships and full memberships are available.

If you’re keen to come along, bring your horse, some morning tea & lunch and join us for a great morning of riding!
