Amazing news for Tumut Basketballers Losana and Jake on their selection in the Under 14’s D-League.

🌟D-League is used to identify talented players from both Country and Metro NSW, who are competing within the NSW Waratah Junior Leagues. Assisting their ongoing development by training and playing with and against each other in a tournament-style environment.

UNDER 14’S & 15’S COUNTRY & METRO PERFORMANCE PATHWAY ANNOUNCEMENT | D-LEAGUE

Congratulations to the following U14s and U15s Country & Metro athletes who have been selected to play in the D-League tournament in October.

The aim of the D-League is to identify talented players and coaches from Country and Metro NSW, who are competing and coaching within the NSW Waratah Junior Leagues and assist with their development by having them train, play and coach with and against each other in a tournament-style environment.

The Basketball NSW team will be in contact with the selected athletes in the next few weeks.

We extend our congratulations to all athletes on their achievement.

🏀 SEASON OFFICIALLY KICKS OFF TOMORROW! 🏀

We’re excited to officially get the Spring Basketball Season underway tomorrow at our new venue, Tumut Multipurpose Centre (TMC)!

The move to TMC applies to:
🏀 Senior Divisions
🏀 Intermediate Boys & Girls
🏀 Senior Boys & Girls

🚨 IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDER🚨

Please make sure ALL players in your team are fully registered before game day.

We don’t want anyone turning up ready to hit the court, only to find they can’t play their first game of the season! 😬🏀

✂️ TRIM THOSE NAILS!
Players must have short, trimmed nails. Long nails may prevent a player from taking the court.

👖 NO POCKETS = NO PLAY
Players cannot play in shorts or clothing with pockets. Please check uniforms before arriving at the stadium.

👕 AWAITING YOUR UNIFORM?
If you are still waiting for your uniform, notify us before the game so we know who is awaiting their playing uniform.

Team Managers: Please double-check your player lists and make sure everyone has completed their registration.
