Player transfers are not uncommon in country rugby clubs, but when you get a transfer like this that comes across your desk, it makes you proud to be a part of your club. It's not the fancy club house, the full team lists, the long list of premierships and grey headed mens photos on the wall. It's knowing that our people care for each other and those that play against each week, often more than themselves.

Good culture is like a crop, it doesn't just grow there, it must be cultivated, planted, tended, and protected.
