Come Every January, I tend to stress and get anxious about starting a new work year
Am I going to cope? How am I going to cope? My challenges are still thereâŚ
Then I tell myselfâŚďż˝ok: this will be the year Iâm calmer, more organised, finally on top of things.
And then by mid-January I begin to feel behind, flooded and exhausted.
If you have an ADHD brain, thatâs not because youâre failing.
Really.
