Never get stuck in no mans land ❌

We must recover back to the centre after each shot. Do not freeze and get stuck mid court.

Recovering to the centre keeps you in control of the rally and ready for the next ball coming to you.

Hit. Recover. Reset. 🌟
The baseline of the court is your home base - the line with the T.

Everything is fully customised and designed end-to-end built around your tennis level, goals and how you want to feel.

Your retreat can include tennis coaching, fitness, wellness, recovery, accommodation, meals and spa - all seamlessly brought together in Bali. From there, we can shape it more training-focused, recovery-led, or a mix of both + add experiences or exploring if you want.

If you’re travelling with friends at different levels, sessions are structured so everyone is coached appropriately while still sharing the experience together.
