I saw this WTF trend and loved it. Dating someone new has reminded me how many completely made-up rules we’ve created around dating. 😂

Don’t text first. Don’t reply too quickly. Don’t seem too interested. Play it cool. Analyse everything.

But what if we stopped trying to date correctly and just showed up as ourselves?

F**k it. I’m doing it my way. 🐺❤️

I hope you enjoy my quirky version of this trend 😝

If overthinking is your thing too, I’ve been there and I know first hand what it feels like. That’s why I became a relationship coach who specializes in Overthinking in Love and I wrote the book on it too, to help people break free of the spiral of constant doubt and questioning 🌀

📖 Comment BOOK if you would love to discover how to be present with the man you love without doubt and constantly questioning the relationship.

What if the reason you keep questioning the person you love… has nothing to do with how much you love them?

This is one of the most confusing experiences in relationships.

Because you can genuinely love someone.

You can have beautiful moments together.

You can know there are so many things that are right about your relationship…

And STILL find yourself wondering:

“Is he really the right person?”

“Why don’t I feel certain?”

“Why am I questioning this again?”

“If I really loved him, wouldn’t I just know?”

And that last question can send you down a rabbit hole.

Because now you’re not only questioning the relationship…

You’re questioning the fact that you’re questioning it.

So you start looking for answers.

You check your feelings.

You analyze his behaviour.

You replay conversations.

You compare your relationship to other people’s.

You search for that one piece of information that will finally make everything click.

And sometimes it does.

You feel relieved.

Certain.

Everything makes sense again.

Until somehow…

you find yourself back in exactly the same place.

And THAT is the part I became fascinated by.

Why?

Why can someone deeply love the person they’re with and still become trapped in this cycle?

Why doesn’t finding an answer end it?

Why can you feel completely certain one day and question everything the next?

And what if the explanation is completely different from the one most of us have been given?

Understanding that changed the way I experience love.

And it’s the conversation at the heart of The Certainty Illusion of Love.

I wrote this book for anyone who has ever thought:

“I love him… so why can’t I stop questioning us?”

There is another way of understanding what’s happening.

Most people assume relationships become exhausting because of conflict.

Because of poor communication.

Because of incompatibility.

Or because they’re with the wrong person.

Sometimes those things do matter.

But what if there’s another reason so many loving people end up feeling emotionally drained?

What if the exhaustion isn’t coming from the relationship itself…

But from everything happening inside your mind?

From constantly analyzing.

Trying to predict what might happen next.

Replaying conversations.

Searching for certainty.

Wondering if you should stay.

Wondering if you should leave.

Checking how you feel.

Trying to make sure you’re making the “right” decision.

That kind of mental effort is exhausting.

Not because you’re weak.

But because your mind was never designed to live in a constant state of investigation.

🐺 Wild Wisdom says:

The relationship often isn’t what wears us out.

The constant searching for certainty is.

That realization completely changed how I experienced love.

Not because I suddenly had all the answers…

But because I stopped believing I needed them before I could experience peace.

That’s why I wrote The Certainty Illusion of Love.

I wrote it for the people who love deeply…

…but are exhausted from constantly questioning the relationship they’re in.

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking…

“Why can’t I just enjoy this relationship?”

“Why do I keep questioning someone I genuinely love?”

“Why does everything feel okay one day… and uncertain the next?”

You’re not alone.

And you’re certainly not the only person who’s been told to:
• Communicate better.
• Think more positively.
• Heal your attachment style.
• Find more reassurance.
• Trust your intuition.

Some of those things can be helpful.

But they don’t explain why so many loving, intelligent people end up trapped in the same exhausting cycle of doubt.

That’s the missing conversation.

Because if overthinking was simply a lack of reassurance…

Wouldn’t reassurance have worked by now?

If it was just about finding the right partner…

Why do so many people question relationships they know are loving and healthy?

What if there was another explanation?

One that makes sense of why the cycle keeps repeating…

Without blaming you.

Without blaming your partner.

And without convincing you that you’re broken.

That understanding completely changed the way I experience relationships.

Not because my relationship suddenly became perfect…

But because I finally understood something I’d never seen before.

That’s exactly why I wrote The Certainty Illusion of Love.

It’s the book I wish someone had handed me years ago—the one that finally explained what was really happening beneath the overthinking.
