But here’s a peak into a 1:1 lesson 💃
This is with Ava - returned after a year break

Lesson one was finding the baseline - after a year away it’s important to set the start point again.

Lesson two (this video) focus is on technique - HOW the body moves and connects to the floor, ourselves and our partner.

Ava is an absolute weapon at following so now the plan is to level up her technique to match!

In a remarkable display of misplaced confidence and questionable footwork, our subject has once again returned to his corner of the bar.

Undeterred by last weekend’s failed approaches. Unbothered by the unwritten rules he still doesn’t know exist.

Most couples start dancing and learn the same thing. That’s exactly the problem.

Recently, we’ve seen a rise in dancers coming to us, having danced for a few months already, and not knowing the first thing about leading or following because they’ve only been taught choreography🫪

So we take it back to the foundations and build them again. Correctly.
