A bitter sweet farewell dinner on the Sunny Coast for Greg who is moving away for work. Each one of us makes this community what it is - so it’s always a loss when a member moves on. This last year Greg has stepped up occasionally leading the tequila lane, finding his love for ocean swimming with the salty squad and being a an amazing vice president for the committee. Greg - thank you for making aqualicious what it is - it will never be the same. Not a good bye, just see ya soon, mate.

Earlier this month, more than 12 past and present Aqualicious members got organised, rallied their friends, and set sail on a Pride cruise aboard the in Brisbane run by the legends at . Safe to say there was plenty of dancing, drinks, drag queens and good vibes—and it all wrapped up before 5pm!

This morning our Sunny Coast squad swam a very special breaststroke set for one of our original members, Brendan who’s moving to the big city.

Brisbane squad, you’re about to experience his unmatched sass, endless complaints (usually about the set 😜), and all-round amazing presence. He’ll be missed more than he knows, but we can’t wait to see him soon.

June! Can’t believe how fast the year has gone. If you were hesitating due to the price, the half yearly Masters Swimming memberships are now available - only paying for this half of the year. Essential for the Sunshine Coast and strongly recommended for Brisbane, covering insurance, coach development, swim meets and other exclusive events- not to mention access to our private chat. Touch base for help signing up if needed. But now’s a great time to make the most of the membership price.
