that’s a wrap on the last GP at the Island and with it our first round of the 2027 ASBK season!

It didn’t finish the way any of us had hoped, but I’m so unbelievably proud of Eddie Leeson for jumping back on the R1 with no seat time on this bike and riding the wheels off it from the get go. Thank you to those who helped get us here, those who came for a chat, and those who gave up their time to help on the tools. It was a weekend of almosts and what ifs but nevertheless it was a weekend we won’t ever forget.

We have a short 2 weeks back home before we get back on the road and both swing a leg over our respective bikes for Round 2 at The Bend! Then it’s go time ✊🏼

This year, we are not only attending the Australian MotoGP to support our riders, we ARE one of the riders!
We are so very excited to be cheering on our Director, Eddie Leeson as he grids up against the very best in the Australian Superbike Championship Superbike category. Opportunities like these don’t come around very often so we know he will be giving it his all (with a special livery of course 👀).
Due to both of our Directors attending this event and currently being the sole workers for TWD, our production will halt over the next few days and pick up again early next week. We thank everyone for their understanding and patience! And good luck and ride hard Eddie Leeson 🔥

And that’s a wrap on our first time at The Bend Motorsport Park!
24hrs of driving later and we made it to SA, with one day to learn the track before racing in the SA titles. Day 1 was delayed due to an extreme fog, which hung around for about half the day before clearing up. 3 sessions in and I got into sub 20’s and slowly chipped away at it. Day 2 was race day where we were first quali up. The air was wet, the track was damp and the traction was pretty well non existent 😆 Eddie went down (gently) and I qualified in 4th and Eddie in 6th. Race 1 I went straight into low 17’s by lap 1 and then unfortunately lost the front and had a tumble into the grass. The combination of my suit, Kabuto helmet and airbag let me walk away from it without any major injuries thankfully!!
I also can’t thank enough for all of the help over the weekend. The bike is unreal and we know exactly where needs work.

I send my deepest condolences to those affected by today’s tragic incident, especially family and friends and witnesses. This sport can take in the blink of an eye.

Kiara has made the BIG road trip from Queensland all the way to South Australia to grid up this weekend for Round 3 of the SA Road Racing Championships at The Bend! 💪🏍️

That’s some serious commitment to doing what you love! 👏

We’ve been incredibly proud to support and protect Kiara in Ricondi from the very beginning, watching her develop as a rider, racer, take on new challenges and keep chasing those racing goals.

Kiara, we’ve always got your back. ❤️
