Training update

Training returns this Sunday at 3pm - all welcomed and we will be doing Shot Put as well as Running (no jumping at this stage)

Wednesdays training will commence on the 2nd September 2026 at 4pm - Aleisha will be back doing throws and Kevin is doing Running and Long/Triple Jump

Cost of each session is $5.00 cash is preferred or your can payid (details can be provided on the day).
