We are currently seeking two goalkeepers to join Shellharbour City FC:

⚽ 1 x Goalkeeper for our U18’s team
⚽ 1 x Goalkeeper for our Senior Men’s team

Our U18’s are currently leading the competition and enjoying an outstanding season, while our Senior Men’s teams are also right up there and pushing hard towards the top of the table.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a proud club with a strong football culture, quality coaching and great teammates.

After the heavy rain over the past week, our fields are very soft. We kindly ask all parents and spectators to please remain off the playing fields and stay behind the fences during games this weekend.

We’re very fortunate games are still going ahead, with many surrounding grounds already closed. Too much foot traffic will make it difficult for the fields to recover over the coming weeks.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and support in helping protect our grounds for all players.

Shellharbour City Football Club volunteers recently completed First Aid, CPR and AED training to help support the safety and wellbeing of our players, families and volunteers.

While we hope these skills are never needed in a serious situation, being prepared can make all the difference in an emergency and could potentially help save a life.

Proud to be part of a club that keeps our community safe, supported and prepared 💙⚽️

For anyone attending training or game days, our AED is located on the wall inside the men’s bathroom and is accessible at all times during club activities.

💙 A COMMUNITY UNITED IN REMEMBRANCE 💙

Tonight, football became secondary.
As the games paused and players, coaches, referees, volunteers, families and supporters gathered together, Myimbarr Park fell silent in honour of Chloe and Heba.
For one minute, the sounds of the game stopped. No whistles, no cheers, no instructions from the sidelines. Just a community standing together, reflecting on two young lives taken far too soon.
In that silence, we were reminded that football is more than a game. It is about community, friendship, support and being there for one another through both the good times and the difficult ones.
Thank you to every player who stopped, every coach who gathered their team, every referee who paused their match, and every family member and supporter who joined us in paying their respects. The dignity and respect shown across the grounds was truly moving.
Our thoughts remain with the families, friends, teammates and all those affected by the loss of Chloe and Heba.
They will not be forgotten.
