I’m not a hormone expert, but I’m passionate about health, performance, and recovery, and happy to discuss the topic respectfully 👇
Testosterone isn’t just a bodybuilding topic, it plays a major role in the health, energy, recovery, mood, libido, body composition, and wellbeing of both men and women.
Modern lifestyle factors like chronic stress, poor sleep, shift work, nutrient deficiencies, alcohol, and sedentary living are likely contributing to declining hormonal health in the general population.
The good news is many people can improve symptoms naturally through:
* Better sleep
* Resistance training
* Stress management
* Improved nutrition
For others with clinically low levels and persistent symptoms, hormone therapy under proper medical supervision may be appropriate and genuinely life changing.
It’s not about telling everyone they need TRT, it’s about improving health literacy and understanding how much hormones influence quality of life.
