Day 15 of Winter. Two full weeks of the Winter Reset are officially in the books. 🥶✨
The initial "new challenge" excitement has settled, and this is exactly where the real magic happens. It’s the transition into your third week where routine becomes habit.

We are turning the heat up to the absolute max for a special 90-Minute Hot Power Yoga Workshop, hosted by the incredible Karina. 🧘♀️🔥
