NEVER DONE ATHLETICS BEFORE?

Perfect! 🙌

Your child doesn't need athletics experience to join Lancefield Romsey Little Athletics.
They don't need to know how to use starting blocks.
They don't need to know how to throw a discus.
And they definitely don't need to be the fastest kid in their class!

Our athletes learn as they go.

All they need is a willingness to HAVE A GO. 💙

One of the best things about Little Athletics? There's something for everyone!

Athletes get to experience a variety of events throughout the season, including:
🏃 Sprints
🏃‍♀️ Distance running
🚧 Hurdles
🦘 Long Jump
⬆️ High Jump
💪 Shot Put

🚀 Javelin

Some kids love to run. Others discover they're fantastic throwers or jumpers.
