📣 Round 7 Fixtures Are Here! 🔴🔵

Round 7 is set to be another huge weekend of footy for Kingsley Junior Football Club, with our teams in action across Friday night and Sunday.

This round also features a special milestone for the club, with the first-ever Northern KnightCats derby since these teams were created. A fantastic moment for the program and one we are sure the players, coaches and families will be excited for.

We kick things off under lights on Friday with our girls teams taking the field, including several big home games at Kingsley Park.

Sunday then brings a full day of junior footy, with plenty of Kingsley teams playing at home across Kingsley Park and Moolanda Park, plus a number of teams heading out on the road.

Some great Kingsley matchups are locked in this round, including:

🏉 Northern KnightCats Red vs Northern KnightCats White
🏉 Year 3 Wildcats vs Year 3 Lions
🏉 Year 5 Leopards vs Year 5 Cats

Get down, support the players, cheer loud, and enjoy another massive weekend of red and blue footy.

🌟 Reminder — Volunteer of the Year Nominations Are Open! 🌟

A quick reminder to our Kingsley JFC families that nominations are still open for the 2026 WA Football Volunteer of the Year Awards.

Every week, our club is supported by incredible people who give their time to coach, manage teams, help with Auskick, umpire, run events, support players, work behind the scenes and keep community footy moving.

💙 BIG FREEZE – THANK YOU, KINGSLEY! 💙

What an incredible day as our Kingsley JFC community came together for our Big Freeze event, raising an amazing $18,500 for Fight MND!

This year was bigger and better than ever, with the inflatable slide taking the event to another level. Through merchandise sales, bake sale goodies, raffle tickets, online donations and the incredible generosity of our community, we came so close to our $20,000 target, while also smashing last year’s total.

This year also carried extra meaning following the passing of Neale Daniher, a man who inspired so many through his courage, determination and tireless work in the fight against MND.

❄️ A huge thank you to every challenger who braved the cold for such an important cause.

💙 A very special thank you to Ma**ca Sumic, whose passion, organisation and tireless work helped bring the whole day together. Events like this do not happen without people putting in a huge amount of time behind the scenes.

Thank you also to the mums from the Year 2 Leopards and Year 3 Wildcats who baked so many delicious goodies for the bake sale.

Reaching 100 games is a fantastic achievement and a great reflection of Elliot’s commitment, loyalty and contribution to Kingsley JFC over many seasons.

Another big weekend of footy is coming up for Kingsley JFC, with games kicking off Friday night and continuing across Sunday.

Get ready, Kingsley! 💙❤️

Our Big Freeze Event is almost here!

Join us from 9:30am as our brave challengers take on the 15ft waterslide, helping raise funds for critical research for FightMND.

There will be plenty happening on the day, including:

🧊 Big Freeze merchandise
🎟️ A special West Coast Eagles raffle prize
🎁 Kids toy hampers and more prizes to be won
🍰 Delicious treats from our footy mums’ bake sale
🎨 Face painting by Zaidia
💦 Unlimited kids water play after the challengers have taken the slide, with wristbands available to purchase

We’re also excited to welcome a very special guest, Eloise from FightMND Victoria, who will be attending our event.

The weather is looking perfect, with a sunny 22 degrees forecast, so come down, get involved, and help us support the fight for those we have lost and those still fighting MND.

We are already more than halfway to our $20,000 fundraising goal, but we need your help to get there.
