7 BRAND NEW faces, the gorgeous Ellenbrook crew, my beautiful regulars + some of last week’s first-timers who came back for more… so you’re officially part of the fam now. 💜

Nothing makes me happier than looking out and seeing all those smiles… people singing, laughing, dancing + just having the BEST time.

There is honestly nothing BETTER than looking out at that D-Floor and seeing SO many of your beautiful faces having FUN!

The singing.
The dancing.
The laughing.
The energy.
The friendships.
The confidence growing week after week.
And everyone just having a bloody GOOD TIME together. 🥹

It’s just such a VIBE!

I love watching the newbies find their groove, the returning newbies start to feel like regulars + my beautiful OGs dancing their little hearts out like they own the place. 👏🏼

And I LOVE that every single person brings something different to that room.

You don’t have to be the best dancer.
You don’t have to know every move.
You just show up, give it a go + add your own little bit of magic. ✨

And THAT is what makes this class so special!

OFFFTTTT… WHAT A NIGHT! 🔥🪩💜

43 OF YOU BEAUTIES on the dance floor last night… including 8 BRAND NEW FACES, some returning newbies from last week (who are now officially regulars! 😂🙌🏽) AND even a few of the Ellenbrook crew from K&K GetLow joining us! 🥹

We had a slightly different playlist, merging our usual Monday night tracks with some Ellenbrook faves and OMG… I LOVED IT! The energy was 🔥 from start to finish.

And finishing the night with YMCA?! 🙌🏽
SUCH. A. VIBE! What did you all think?! From where I was standing, it looked like everyone was having an absolute BALL! 👏🏽👏🏽

I want to say a HUGE thank you to every single person who came along, danced, sang, laughed and brought that energy into the room. Nights like that are exactly why I bloody love doing this. 💜

And to my 8 newbies… I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to catch you on the way out! I always love checking in after your first class and hearing what you thought…

I also know that first class can feel a little overwhelming. You look around and think everyone else knows what they’re doing while you’re trying to figure out which direction we’re going. 😂 But I PROMISE… we all started there!

The more you come, the more familiar the tracks become. You’ll start knowing what’s coming next and before you know it, your body will be doing the moves without you even thinking about it. 🙌🏽

THE DIEHARDS. 💃

Yesterday was SO cold. Wet. Miserable. Just gross. The kind of weather that makes staying home on the couch VERY tempting. 🥶

So I actually had no idea who was going to walk through those doors last night…

But you DID. 🥹

Twenty-something of you headed out in the freezing cold to come and DANCE.

And we even had FOUR brand new faces join us! 🙌🏽

To our newbies, thank you for taking a chance on my little class. I absolutely loved chatting to you afterwards and hearing that you had such a good time. It means the world to me… and I’m looking forward to getting to know you more! 💜

And to everyone else who came along… THANK YOU.

Rain, hail or shine.
You show up.
You give it your all.
And I cannot thank you enough!

Numbers will go up and down from week to week, but nights like last night remind me that it really isn’t about the number in the room.
