What an incredible turnout at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre with over 300–400 participants joining us for an amazing day of tennis, fun and community! 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who came down and made the day so special — our clients, families, players and coaches. The atmosphere all day was unbelievable 💙

🎉 FAMILY DAY – FUN FOR ALL AGES 🎉

We’re excited to invite everyone to our upcoming Family Day – a fantastic day of tennis, competitions, coaching, and great food for the whole community.

🏸 Free 45-minute court hire per family
Bookings are essential and must be made by 1st May 2026. Spots are limited.

👦👧 Juniors (14 years & under) – 12:00PM start
Junior One Point Slam
• Winner: 1 x tennis racquet from our pro shop
• Runner-up: Shirt + hat
⚠️ Players must be nearby when their name is called or will be eliminated

🧑👨 Adults (14 years +) – 2:00PM start
Adults One Point Slam
• Winner: $500
• Runner-up: $100
⚠️ Players must be present when called or will be eliminated
⚠️ Players rated 9 UTR and above will be limited to one serve

💥 Additional Activities:
🎯 Speed Gun Contest (1:00PM – 3:00PM)
• Under 14 fastest serve wins a racquet bag
• Fastest serve of the day wins a racquet bag

🎨 Arts & Craft (12:00PM – 2:00PM)
Younger kids (4 years and up) welcome

🎾 Adult coaching & games court (12:00PM – 3:00PM)
Fun point play sessions open to all adults

🎾 Junior coaching (ages 8+)
• 3 x 45-minute sessions between 1:00PM – 3:00PM
• Maximum 12 students per session
• First come, first served on the day

🎾 Mini tennis available from 12:00PM – 4:00PM

🍕 Pizza truck and coffee cart available on site

First ITF point secured. 🎾

A big milestone for Arjay Murray this week in New Zealand, earning his first ITF singles ranking point on the professional tour.

Arjay won his opening match to secure his first ITF point, a great breakthrough moment. He then faced Australian Open doubles finalist Jason Kubler in the second round, where his run came to an end against a very experienced opponent.

A proud moment and a big step forward on the journey.

Next target: first ATP point… and beyond. 🚀

Dear Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre Community,

Following last night’s Council meeting, we are thrilled to share that our tender has been approved.

This outcome is an incredible relief for me, my family, and our coaching team. More importantly, it is a significant win for our entire community. Any change could have impacted local competitions, our permanent clients, and our students — both adults and juniors — so this result means stability and continuity for everyone involved.

The support we received from the community is what carried us across the finish line, and we are truly grateful. Your encouragement, messages, and belief in what we do at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre made a real difference.

We now look forward to continuing to strengthen our community and further enhancing the centre as a venue for players, families, and tennis lovers of all ages.

As a small way of saying thank you, we are planning to hold a Community Family Day at the centre to celebrate and show our appreciation for your incredible support. We look forward to sharing more details with you soon through our Evolution Tennis Facebook and Instagram pages.
