This year, I wanted to celebrate women through action, not just words.

So, I invited women from my network into a reflective session to honour their journeys and create their own personal wellness visions.

We explored five strengths women often embody so naturally that we overlook their power:

✨ Caring and nurturing
✨ Resilience and adaptability
✨ Holistic thinking
✨ Collaboration and inclusivity
✨ Emotional awareness and empathy

They are the backbone of — the kind of leadership that shapes families, workplaces, communities, and the world.

That’s why I always emphasise:

👉 Leadership is not a title.

Women are leading every day, in their homes, family, communities, and careers, often without recognition, often downplayed, but with profound impact.

When a woman is well, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, everything around her benefits.

🌟I firmly believe that when women thrive, the world is a better place.🌟
Their influence is already woven into every layer of our society.

The most powerful way to honour women is not with fanfare.

Action looks like:

✅Giving visibility to women whose work happens quietly but keeps everything moving.
✅Sharing knowledge instead of guarding it.
✅Paying fairly, not “celebrating loudly.”
✅Making space in meetings, decisions, and rooms where women are still missing.
✅Mentoring intentionally, not performatively.

Next year, instead of saying “Happy International Women’s Day,” Ask yourself a simpler question:

👉 What am I actually doing to make life easier, safer, and more equitable for the women around me?

Fancy words don’t shift barriers.
Action does.
And it doesn’t need to be big.
It is less performance and more progress.
Here’s to celebrating women through action, visibility, and genuine support — today and every day.

Wellness is more than “health.”

The Global Wellness Institute defines it as “the active pursuit of activities, choices, and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health.”

But what does that actually mean for busy professionals?

It means wellness is:
• 🌿 The energy to bring your best self to work and home
• 🌿 The resilience to manage stress and uncertainty without burning out
• 🌿 The adaptability to navigate change with clarity and confidence
• 🌿 The commitment to keep growing — not just in career, but in body, mind, and purpose

Wellness isn’t a finish line you cross. It’s not a number on the scale or a target weight.

✨ It’s multidimensional. It’s a lifestyle. A journey. A daily choice.
And right now, your wellness is calling.

That’s why I’ve created the 2025 Wellness Challenge — a 12-week program designed for professionals who are overworked, overwhelmed, and tired of putting themselves last.

📅 Sept 26 – Dec 12 | Virtual

Here’s what you’ll gain:
✔️ A clear Wellness Vision and 12-week action plan
✔️ A structured wellness workbook to track your progress
✔️ Weekly group coaching check-ins (30 min) to keep you accountable
✔️ The support, tools, and encouragement to finish the year strong — lighter, calmer, and more confident.

💲 $300 for the full program (limited spaces)
👉 Spring is nature’s reminder that rebirth is possible. If not now, when?

In honour of loved ones lost💔

09/09/2025

Twelve months ago, I was overwhelmed, overweight, and over it all.
I didn’t look in the mirror. Every photo of myself I would scrutinize and ridicule. I didn’t even recognize myself.
I knew something had to change.

So, I made a promise to myself: I’m not giving up on my body - it has not given up on me.
I called it my rebirth. And as a coach, I knew I had to walk the talk.

That commitment turned into a journey of growth — reading, learning, and eventually enrolling in wellness coach training with Wellness Coaching Australia.

My wellness vision was simple: I wanted to be healthy and strong as I aged, so that I could remain physically capable, resilient, and adaptable to change. With the support of my peer coaches, I broke this down into two focus areas: physical wellbeing (nutrition and exercise) and mental wellbeing (mindfulness and meditation).

Over the months, I walked the same path as any client — stops and starts, periods of progress and setbacks — slowly finding my rhythm, building momentum, and ultimately becoming the change I wanted to see. And my journey continues.

Today, I feel lighter, stronger, and more fulfilled — not just physically, but at a deeper level that connects to who I want to be. 🌿

In the process I had to unlearn 2 things:
1️⃣ That my health was a destination — a number on the scale or a target weight.
2️⃣ That I needed to get back to my “old self” — to look like I did at 30.

What I had to relearn was this:
❇️The pursuit of wellness isn’t a destination, it’s a lifestyle.
❇️The pursuit of good health is a lifelong journey.
❇️And instead of chasing the old me, I had to supersede the old me with the best me right now — stronger, wiser, and yes, proudly in middle age.

And now, I want to share this journey with you.

That’s why I’m launching my 2025 Wellness Challenge (26 Sept – 12 Dec) — your chance to close out the year with energy, clarity, and confidence.

A 12-week group coaching program designed for busy professionals who want to:
✅ Reconnect with their wellness vision
✅ Stay accountable with weekly coaching check-ins
✅ Build healthier routines that actually fit into demanding schedules
✅ Enter December energized, not exhausted

❗Only 8 spots available.

💲 Cost: $300* for 12 weekly sessions (*Early birds by Sept 20)

The weight leaders often hold in silence…

Feeling like you must always have the answers. Always be strong. Always be “on.”
But the cost is high—burnout, disconnection, losing touch with your authentic self, taking a toll on your health.

This is where vulnerability steps in.

Vulnerability in leadership is often misunderstood.
It’s not weakness—it’s courage in its purest form.

Brené Brown may have made vulnerability fashionable, but let’s be honest—it’s still hard.

As she reminds us:
❇️ “Vulnerability is the feeling we get in times of uncertainty, risk, or emotional exposure.
❇️ It is our most accurate measure of courage.
❇️ It is the birthplace of love, belonging, empathy, and creativity—and the source of hope, accountability, and authenticity.”

And here’s the key for coaching:
To learn, to be your true and authentic self, and to grow—vulnerability must be nurtured and honoured.
That’s why building trust and psychological safety is at the heart of every coaching relationship. Without it, real transformation can’t happen.

For leaders, embracing vulnerability creates the conditions for:
✨ Meaningful growth
✨ Deeper connection with teams and the rest of the organisation
✨ Greater self-awareness
✨ An authentic leadership example that others want to follow

In a world that demands constant resilience, true strength comes from leading with openness, empathy, and authenticity.

💬 How do you practice vulnerability as a leader?

🌱 At SupaSeed Leadership & Wellness Coaching, I help leaders navigate this journey—bridging resilience with wellness, and courage with compassion. If this resonates, I’d love to connect.

Receiving feedback can stir more than just thoughts—it can stir memory, emotion, and even old wounds.

😞
A mentor coaching client recently shared that my use of red to mark feedback on a coaching transcript brought up difficult emotions—echoes of school days, punishment, and not feeling good enough.

That was never my “intention”. But it happened.

The thing about feedback is—we may not intend harm, but we can still land like a blow, without even knowing it.
I took that insight seriously.
I softened the visuals—updated tracked changes from its default to a more placid colour, the shifted my language from “track and mark” to “review and reflect.”
Not because I had to, but because I can be more compassionate.

😄
On the other end of the spectrum, I also recently received a glowing five-star review describing me as a “phenomenal coach.”
And strangely, that one stirred something too.
It made me pause and wonder: Was that really me?
Was it the truth? Or a version I’m still growing into?

Both pieces of feedback—the one that stung, and the one that soared—offered a mirror.

One began with “it was not my intention,” and invited me to soften, listen, and adapt—not with defensiveness, but with openness.
The other invited me to accept recognition with grace, and reflect on the parts of me that still hesitate to own my strengths. 🌱

❇️Feedback is more than information.

❇️Honest feedback, good and not-so-good, is invaluable.

❇️It’s creates the space where learning meets identity—and where, if we allow it, real transformation happens.

If you are ready to transform and , let's chat. 💚
