The boys are back on the road this week as we head to Scone to take on the Scone Brumbies in Round 5.

After back-to-back wins, the lads will be looking to make it three in a row and continue building momentum heading deeper into the season 💪🏉

MEET YOUR 2026 CAPTAIN 🍷🏉

We’re proud to introduce our 2026 Captain Jack Crich.

In his first season with the club, Jack steps straight into the leadership role, bringing experience, energy and a genuine love for the game.

Jack first picked up a footy in the U12s with the Maitland Blacks and now lines up in the maroon and gold ready to lead from the front.

Off the field, he’s a primary school teacher and sports coordinator at Lochinvar, coaching the next generation through the U12s Diocesan Rugby side.

When he’s not on the field or in the classroom, you’ll find him on the golf course (his words, still learning 😂) or keeping a 100+ day Duolingo streak alive 🇫🇷

Pre-game ritual:
Not too superstitious… but the Pokolbin reds budgies might become a new staple 👀

Post-game:
One beer with the boys — non-negotiable 🍻

We’re back on home soil this afternoon as we take on Medowie and Districts Rugby Union Club in our first home game of the season.

Today we pay our respects to all those who have served and sacrificed for our country. Lest we forget.
