14 PIECES OF GOLD AND A CHILLY DAY IN CRESWICK! ⛏

Having recently moved down from Brisbane, Jason got a proper Victorian welcome on his private Gold & Relics adventure, with a wet 8°C day in Creswick! 🥶

That didn't stop him though! Exploring the tracks and slopes around Humbug Hill, Jason managed to find 14 pieces of gold with the Minelab Gold Monster 2000, before trying his hand at a bit of gold panning and sluicing.

Not a bad result for a cold day out on the goldfields! Well done, Jason! ⛏

⛏ A GREAT DAY OUT ON THE GOLDFIELDS!

We managed to dodge the rain on Saturday's Gold & Relics tour, and most of the crew had some luck finding gold with their detectors! We even had a couple of visitors all the way from the Netherlands joining us for a day of prospecting in the Aussie bush.

A good mix of detecting, gold panning and enjoying a day out on the goldfields. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday! 🌿

Yesterday we welcomed a private group for a day of gold prospecting, and it didn't take long for the excitement to begin!

Just 20 minutes into the tour, one lucky participant uncovered his very first gold nugget using the Minelab GOLD MONSTER 2000! 🎉

The luck didn't stop there, with another five pieces of gold-bearing quartz discovered later in the day.

Perfect weather, plenty of laughs and a fantastic group of people. Thanks for joining us for a memorable day on the goldfields!

Yellow all round at Friday’s Gold & Relics Training! ✨

Yellow raincoats to start the day and a few flashes of yellow in the ground by the end!

Despite the wet weather, it was a great day out around the Ballarat region, with multiple participants finding gold and plenty of new skills learnt along the way.

A little rain never stopped a gold prospector! ⛏️

This one came out of the pan during our morning panning session, before we swapped the pans for detectors in the afternoon.

And the gold didn’t stop there, with a few more pieces uncovered once the detecting got underway!

Not a bad day out in the Victorian goldfields.

A very productive day out in Creswick on a 1 Day Private Gold Prospecting Tour, with our client finishing the day with 27 pieces of gold.

Safe to say they went home with a few more bits of yellow than they arrived with!

The only problem with the GOLD MONSTER 2000… finding the nugget after it finds it! 😂

This little patch had already produced five pieces, and the 2000 was onto another one.

A great signal, a very small target and a few minutes spent trying not to lose it! 👀
