Christmas Bootcamp Round Week 8
The last week is here, Monday will be Cancelled due to the extreme heat-keep hydrated and out of direct sunshine as much as possible!

6pm Monday - Cancelled due to heat
6pm Tuesday - Cross Fitness
6pm Wednesday - HiiT
6pm Thursday - Boxing (2nd option)
6pm Friday- Full Body Circuit (bodyweight)
8am Saturday- Full Body Circuit
