WEEK 6 | 24th Nov – 30th Nov
Week 6 brings a powerful blend of skill development, structured strength work, aerobic conditioning, and intelligent partner formats. As we move toward the back half of the block, the focus shifts to refining technique, improving efficiency, and elevating intensity without sacrificing form. Expect thoughtful progressions, clear work-to-rest ratios, and plenty of opportunities to learn, lift, and level up.
This week you’ll have:
• 2 x Cardio sessions
• 2 x Strength sessions
• 2 x Hybrid sessions

A relaxed social run to build aerobic capacity and kickstart your Sunday in the best way.

This week, it’s all about showing up. The team with the highest attendance across the week takes the win. Attendance will be tracked using the stars on the Accountability Chart so make sure you check in, mark your star, and show up for your team. Every session counts!
