Narooma Pilates Group mat and private reformer pilates classes in Narooma NSW Hi! I am Daisy, and I teach Pilates Mat Work and Small Apparatus classes in Narooma NSW.

I have studied physiology and anatomy through my university Bachelor Degree in Health Science - Nutrition and have expanded this knowledge into studies in Pilates teaching, which I myself have been practicing for 19 years as a client. Pilates is a fantastic muscle based workout aimed to help build flexibility, muscle strength, and tone muscle groups in the legs, abdominals, arms, glutes, hips, and

back. It is also useful for clients with injuries, and I have been trained in injury assessment to ensure your safety. Pilates is also a fantastic safe and effective workout during pregnancy prior to 20 weeks. Class timetables can be found at www.naroomapilates.com, on the page and in the Hours tab. Classes are held at Studio Blue Movement and Wellbeing, just up from the traffic lights in the centre of Narooma.

Some of you have probably heard me say 'someone needs to invent grip socks that have the grips on the inside too so your feet dont slip around', and look at that, someone did 😁
These socks are so good!! Look at that grip! And they have dots on the inside, your feet go absolutely nowhere in standing reformer work, I love them 🩷
I have these colours in stock (see previous post) and a few others coming 😊
