The field for the final of the Trackside Meats Tri-Distance Series has been finalised following a ballot conducted by GRSA stewards to separate Trading Halt, Bali Unleashed and Bomb Rocky who all finished on 10 points.

The box draw for the final over 400m will be conducted by GRSA tomorrow.

There were celebrations all around at Tara Raceway yesterday when the Stuart Sharam trained Poke Salad Annie saluted in the Ontrack Insider Stake over 512m.
Not only did the Sharam family lead in a winner but Stuart’s mother Raelene and her family were on track to help celebrate both the win and her 80th birthday.
Family members had travelled from as far as Ivanhoe and Wilcannia and were hopeful Stuart would have a greyhound racing this weekend so they could enjoy a day out at Tara Raceway.
Poke Salad Annie led all the way to beat Weblec Polly in a slick best of day 29.60 for the 512m journey.

Rivia Umiko heads into the final of the Trackside Meats Tri-Distance Series next week unbeaten after she led all the way to win her heat over 305m today at Tara Raceway.
The Jazmyn Blake trained bitch ran a quick 17.50 defeating Oregon Caldwell and High Cube.

Dimora Bernie booked her berth in the final of Trackside Meats Tri-Distance Series with a dashing win in the second round over 305m at Tara Raceway today.
The Kevin Bouchier owned and David Peckham trained bitch led all the way to defeat Kia Keeping and Way Cool in a slick 17.53

Pinky Rocks was really rocking at Tara Raceway yesterday winning the Ferness @ Stud Stake in a near track record 22.54. She defeated Eskimo Roman by 13 1/2 lengths.
It was her 10th win from only 28 starts and continues the good run trainer Tracie Price is having with progeny of Tommy Shelby x Rock It Barcia.

Rivia Umiko gave trainer Jazmyn Blake a thrill by winning the second heat of the Trackside Meats Tri-Distance Series at Tara Raceway today.
Rivia Umiko defeated High Cube and Chuck A Party by 1 3/4 lengths in a quick 29.87.
The next round of the Tri-Distance Series is next Sunday over 305m. The top eight point scorers from the two rounds will compete in the final over 405m on Sunday June 21st.

It was smiles all around for Robert and Shirley Halliday after Way Cool took out the first heat of the Trackside Meats Tri-Distance Series at Tara Raceway today.
Way Cool defeated Kia Keeping and Trading Halt in a good 30.03.
It was Way Cool’s 7th win from 42 starts for Portland trainer Robert Halliday.

Warracknabeal trainer Robert Taylor was very pleased with the performance of his debutant Franky’s Cash at Tara Raceway today after he was successful in the Williams Crane Hire Maiden.
Franky made every post a winner clocking 17.94 defeating Bourne Reagan by just under a length.
Franky’s Cash is a son of Feral Franky x Redeem Our Cash whelped in May 2024.
