Kids School Holiday Training, with a focus on developing 'Physical Performance'.

Tuesday 14th April - 9:30am
Tuesday 21st April - 9:30am
* 1 hour sessions.

These sessions are ideally suited for 9 - 15 year olds and will involve;
• Beginner Strength exercises.
• Plyometrics.
• Hand-eye coordination.
• Foot-eye coordination.
• Running/Sprinting drills.
• Balance.
• Proprioception exercises.

These sessions are open to everyone, with no minimum standard required. All we ask is you arrive with a positive attitude and a willingness to improve. 🙂

$20 for 2 sessions or $14 for 1. Bookings are required and for further information, please contact Rob.

We teach Karate in a hope of developing every student's self defence and fighting ability. The realism of confrontation will test more than skill. Skill alone is never enough!
When you are put in danger, your ability to handle chaos around you and still survive gets tested. This is why our drills aim to improve:
🔹️Resilience
🔹️Mental toughness, through focus and perseverance under pressure.
🔹️Mental fortitude, through strength in the face of danger.

Every student will be challenged in there own way, when they are ready and given the opportunity to fall and then rise again. Not just to the standard they once were, instead achieving greater heights.

We look forward to helping everyone on their journey.

Term 1 - 2026 is starting soon 👊💥

It's great to be back for a brand new year! I'm looking forward to seeing improvement in all our students and everyone reaching new heights.

This term we will continue to develop our very own Hybrid Karate drills, which I believe, help to transfer into real life situations. We will also have more of a specific focus on developing;
• harder punches, through ballistic training.
• learning the psychology and tactics of fighting.
• combinations for tournament fighting.
• movement improvements; progressing from footwork drills, towards an advanced full body flow like state.
• and older students will continue to learn defence's from head punches.
