Let’s dive in! ⤵️

1. Warm up: 6-8 mins
- This warm up is specific to the movements programmed for the class. The warm up prepares your body for the workout.

2. Stretching/mobility:
- Improving your active range of motion, lengthening muscles. Increasing range of motion specific to joints and areas on the body needed for the workout.

3. Skill or strength work:
- Coach guided development of olympics lifts, skills, gymnastics components to improve strength, form and overall capacity.

4. WOD (Workout of the Day)
- The main, intensity part of class — a combination of movements performed for time, rounds, or reps.�Common formats include:
* AMRAP: As Many Rounds/Reps as possible in a set time

* EMOM: Every Minute on the Minute

* For Time: Complete the workout as fast as possible

5. (Essential, obviously) YAP!
- Fist bump your pals, chat about the workout or life in general. Be grateful you moved your body 💪🏼

Every single day is different and no 2 days are the same. The movements are functional, guided and specific to allowing you to move through your every day life with more purpose, intent and mobility.
