🌿 Mums & Bubs — Thursdays at 10am

A gentle, supportive class designed for postnatal bodies —
focusing on core recovery, posture, and gradual strength building, with your baby alongside you.

This class is primarily offered online, however if you happen to be in town, you are very welcome to join us in the studio at Fluid Training Pilates & Dance.

For those attending in person, please arrive 10 minutes early so you can settle in before we begin.

• You’ll receive a Zoom link upon registration
